Processing Time

Processing time depends on the type of artwork:

• Prints:
  Usually ship within 5–10 business days

• Handmade & Limited Editions:
  Made-to-order; please allow 2–4 weeks for production

Shipping

• Israel: 3–7 business days (tracked)
  Local pickup is available by appointment in Ramat Efal

• International: 7–14 business days (tracked)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carriers or customs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size/weight.

Oversized or framed works may require a custom shipping quote.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct.
We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect information.

Damages in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of:

• The artwork

• The packaging

• The shipping label

We will review the case and determine an appropriate solution.

Liability

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility is transferred to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.

Currency & Taxes

All prices on this website are displayed and processed in Israeli Shekels (ILS).

Prices for orders within Israel include 18% VAT.

For international orders, local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
