At Visual Faith Art, each piece is created, prepared, and packaged with great care.
Due to the nature of our artworks - including framed pieces and made-to-order works - all sales are generally final.
Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, we require:

Clear photos of the artwork

Photos of the packaging (including any visible damage)
If the damage is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Framed artworks

Made-to-order pieces

Custom or personalized works
Exceptions may be considered in rare cases, at our sole discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are not responsible for:
