1. Can I choose the frame or finish for my artwork?

Most artworks are framed in carefully selected natural wood, which we recommend for its warmth and harmony. A curated range of finishes is available, and alternative materials (such as aluminum) can be considered upon request. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss the options.

2. Do you offer artworks in different sizes?

Yes, custom sizes are available. The proportions of each artwork remain the same, and pricing will vary depending on the requested dimensions. Please contact us for details and quotes.

3. How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is placed and include both preparation and shipping Exact timing may vary depending on destination.

4. Can I purchase an artwork as a gift?

Yes. All artworks up to 50×50 cm are wrapped as gifts, and a personal note can be included upon request. Larger works are securely packaged for safe delivery, but not presented as gift-wrapped items.

5. Can I return or exchange an artwork?

Each piece is custom-made. Returns are not accepted, but please contact us within 7 business days if there is any issue with your order, and we will do our best to assist.

6. Can I commission a unique artwork for my space?

Yes. We create bespoke, site-specific works for architects, designers, and collectors. Each commission is developed through a thoughtful dialogue, and only projects that align with our artistic vision are taken forward. When we resonate with the concept, the piece is crafted with precision and intention to harmonize with its environment. Please see Custom Commissions for more details.

7. Do you create artworks in different languages?

Yes, we create artworks in various languages upon request. New works in additional languages will also be introduced soon. Please contact us to discuss your preferred text or script.

8. Do the artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?

Each artwork is signed and accompanied by a note of explanation. For prints and handmade works, the signature and details are placed directly on the back of the piece. Divine Limited Editions include a formal, numbered certificate of authenticity to confirm their rarity and value.

9. How should I care for my artwork?

We recommend displaying your artwork away from direct sunlight and high humidity. For framed pieces, gentle dusting with a soft cloth is sufficient.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal for both local and international orders.

11. Do product prices include taxes?

All prices displayed on our website include 18% VAT for orders within Israel.
For international customers, please note that local customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer.
